No, it's a success-based service, so it's absolutely free at the start of the recruitment process. After that, we work on a transparent 1/3-2/3 invoicing method which consists of 2 stages of progression:
🙋🏼♂️ Invoice 1/3 upon validation of the first interview with one of the candidates presented.
✅ Final payment of 2/3 upon signature of the employment contract by the candidate you have selected.
Yes, we offer a 3-month guarantee (after taking up the position) if the candidate you have chosen is not 100% suitable. We'll carry out a new search free of charge.
As our services are based either on a pay-for-success model (which contains a 3-month satisfaction guarantee) or on daily RPO rates, which means 8-hour days of work already completed, we do not offer refunds. However, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with the results.
We introduce you to the most suitable recruiter(s) for your assignment. You choose one or more of them, who will be able to integrate seamlessly into your HR team as a subcontractor. In general, we work remotely, but we can also work on a more hybrid model if required.
The recruiter(s) will then take on certain recruitment tasks that you wish to delegate, or all your current and future recruitment in the desired market (Switzerland, France or Germany), for which we take on all recruitment tasks, including of course the recruitment of the profiles you need on your behalf.
An RPO contract is relevant for companies wishing to delegate a large part of their recruitment and looking for 3 or more profiles simultaneously. This contract is aimed at fast-growing companies wishing to generate a continuous pool of candidates and have a wider choice of profiles for their vacancies.
You will receive just one fixed monthly invoice, calculated on the basis of the number of days actually worked during the month by the recruiter(s) contracted. And that's regardless of the number of profiles recruited. Mathematically, this is the most cost-effective solution for any company recruiting several profiles over a given period.
Your in-house HR can't guarantee that every hire will work out. Neither can we, even with our excellent results. But when we launch a search, we work with you to define your ideal candidate profile, objectives and KPIs for candidate presentation - and we stick to them.
